What would you do when you feel like eating Chicken Fajitas u crave from Chillis or Planet Hollywood in the middle of the night???You COOK it yourself!
Actually its not that hard, its just take up your time and also you can do it only if you have everything u need to prepare the dish..
As for me, i didnt had chicken at that moment of time, so i replaced it with Pork. hmm - which makes my dish "converted" to Pork Fajitas.
First, you need to deseed the green and red pepper and thinly slice it together with 2 big onions.
Next, cut the meat into thin strips like this, and marinate it with lime, oregano, salt + pepper, cayenne, a little of caster sugar (30 minutes).
Also chop the cheddar cheesee into small small cubes
Tomato comes next (This is for the tomato salsa - to be served together with the main dish)
Now be very aware of dogs around you, they might start to sniff the 'fajitas to be' and want some portion too!
Squeeze lime into the diced tomato, and leave it aside.
Stir fry the meat for 4-5 mins, and add in the veges.
Tadaa end result...
This is how you serve it... Since its a Mexican dish, serve it with Tortillas (with cheese, sour cream and tomato salsa)..
And roll it!
Once again Suki begged for food..

Last weekend was Granny's Bday..That was the main reason i went back hometown..

Also, since i didnt know what to get for her, she has everything d..
i got her Handphone! LOL. she never had one before, keeps on saying that she dont wana have one, scared she misplaced it, "i duno how to use", duno where to press and so on...
But anyway, its so cheap so nevermind la. Let it be a toy phone for her.
Even if she dont use it, someone can use it as a spare phone aight?
Neway, she picks up our calls. so that's a good news!

Still for safety purposes we all got outselves the ATT jab. (Anti-Tetanus Vaccine)
Vaccinations are normally pain in de ass, though this time its pain in de arm.. cuz its been 2 days now and its still soaring! argh...
But again, better safe than late... teehee..

Been party-ing + drinking alot... as in LOT lately..and of cuz not forgetting my WORK as well..

We even drank till 6 am, and after that i went to work immediately! steady not?

We went to try it , just outta curiosity, and also he said wana eat big big burger!
I think that the burger is just like Burger King, and he said "like Big Mac"
But of cuz the burger was more filling la, the patty so thick..

SUKI PART 3 resumes..Golden retrievers really do grow so fast, and they eat a lot too!
